AEDP – is an experiential, psychodynamic modality based in attachment theory and brain science. In AEDP we work experientially towards healing trauma and suffering, and toward expanding emergent positive transformational experiences.

Integrative, evidence-based, and intersectional scientist-practitioner incorporating CBT, DBT, ACT, multicultural therapy, and humanistic principles. Warm and genuine approach, sprinkled with humor. All services provided virtually via HIPAA-compliant and encrypted video conferencing software.

Populations served: Adolescent and adult BIPOC; refugees, asylum-seekers, and other immigrants (including first and second generation); justice system-involved persons; HIV+ individuals; and people with autism spectrum disorder. LGBTQ+, kink-, and non-monogamy-friendly and inclusive of all races, genders, national origins, sexual orientations, religions, sizes, and abilities. Areas of emphasis: Trauma/PTSD and identity-based oppression, depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety, anger and other interpersonal problems, identity exploration, and life transitions.
