What are dreams? What are they good for? How can my dreams bring meaning to my life? How can I deepen my relationship with them? This presentation aims to create a better understanding of how dreams can be harnessed for self-discovery. We will discuss some useful tools for dream recall

April 11, 2011: "Relax, Restore, Recharge: An Introduction to Reiki"

Reiki is a wonderful way pause, decompress and restore balance to our harried systems. This quick introduction will touch briefly on the basic concept of Reiki which is a innate healing method that restores and balances the entire body/mind/spirit system. The participants will also learn how to give themselves a quick self-Reiki session.

This hour- long session will provide a stimulating forum in which to:

  • Have your questions answered
  • Share your knowledge and/or personal experience of gender

Join us for this introduction to the Chakras: how to work with them to reduce stress & promote healing. This program is designed to:

  • Create an introductory understanding of why energy work is not so “woo woo” or mysterious, but actually relates directly to the anatomy and physiology of the body
  • Teach simple methods to begin to explore and work with energy
