The Upside of Dyslexia

Recently our understanding of dyslexia has taken a surprising turn: researchers have found that people with dyslexia may have certain skills that are more advanced than those of typical readers.  Identifying these aptitudes is now helping develop education and treatment approaches for dyslexia that emphasize strengths, not just weaknesses.
